My Night Ride Home

The ride home from the gym was really great. The windows down the breeze sweeping through the car. It was all so perfect for a moment. So surreal. The headlights beamed out in front of me onto the road leading me home. The sky was so clear. I felt like I wanted to climb a latter so high I could paint the most deepest mural to share to everyone how good I felt.

As the trees passed the side of me and realized how beautiful life can be. This tingle of pure hope, grace passed through my body and for a second, I felt as if the top of the car was gone and I could jump upward and unfold wings from my back and take off towards the heavens. I've always felt like I was here to help people no matter how my life turned out or any challenges that stands in front of me.

Oh how great the ride home was. I ask you all to love life and tell the people that you share your days with that you love them.

Not Your Average Band!

OK its been a while since I put some thoughts on here but I'm back for now at least.

So there is this group out of Dayton, OH. named Lets Get It, but you all can call them LGI. They are racing up the hits on Myspace and always cutting original sounding swagger filled tracks to amaze us.
The group consists of Joe which if you haven't heard this kids unique God touched voice you better get on it. Then you have Chris, who is ready to get you up of you ass with is guitar just to turn and slap you with the sounds of the keys. Now lets move on to Tyler. Now this guy is sure to give you a show. This guys feet are never on the floor. You can find him always jumping around on the stage with the guitar swinging as he rips some savage cords. Now Kevin is sure to get your hearts beating proper with his tempo racing drum banging beats that hit ya right dead center of the chest. Last but surely not the least Taylor. Always on point with the strings from his Bass to get the your speakers moving like Bonecrusher was in the speakers himself. Now if your are lucky enough maybe Taylor will shoot. Cause he shoots people. (Pictures that is...)

I think these guys really are one of the most original sounding bands on the scene right now. I just wonder what record label is gonna get blessed with this group of guys. Well if ya haven't got the the chance to hear these guys I highly suggest you do. I been lucky enough to have had the chance to see then twice live with School Boy Humor (Another great band), and Handshakes and Highfives.

They are always doing bigger and bigger things. Don't say I didn't warn you all about them.

Church Break Down

This is gonna be me one day. Got to love em, Get it girl!

All three members of Blink-182 turned up at last night's Grammy Awards and announced plans to rock again.
"We used to play together, and we decided to play music together once again. Blink is back," drummer Travis Barker told the crowd at Los Angeles' Staples Center before the pop-punk trio presented the Grammy for Best Rock Album to Coldplay.
Barker, along with DJ AM, narrowly survived a horrific plane crash last September that took the lives of four people, including two members of their entourage. But his arm was in a sling from recent surgery for an unrelated injury.
"I kind of rushed out of the hospital and my hand was numb, but I didn't tell anybody. I just wanted to get out. The numbness didn't go away. It was like in four or five of my fingers. I really wanted to fix it as soon as possible," Barker told Extra. "I had bad nerve damage...I have eight to ten weeks to recover."
The Meet the Barkers star was accompanied onstage by singer-guitarist Tom DeLonge and singer-bassist Mark Hoppus.
"Isn't it great to see the Jonas Brothers and Stevie Wonder back together again," quipped Hoppus.
Following their appearance, the Blinksters confirmed the reunion news in a statement on Blink182.com. The site sported the words "Summer 2009. Thanks and get ready."
"Hi. We're blink-182. This past week there've been a lot of questions about the current status of the band, and we wanted you to hear it straight from us. To put it simply, we're back. We mean, really back," the post reads.
"Picking up where we left off and then some. In the studio writing and recording a new album. Preparing to tour the world yet again. Friendships reformed. 17 years deep in our legacy."
The SoCa-based Blink was formed in 1992 by DeLonge and Hoppus. Barker joined in 1998, and the following year the band hit the bigtime with Enema of the State, which spawned the hits "What's My Age Again?" and "All the Small Things."
The band went on hiatus in 2005, and tensions between DeLonge and Hoppus resulted in the group calling it quits shortly afterward.
Barker previously said that his horrific accident is what got the three former mates back on speaking terms.

Well this weekend was very, lets say a experience. We will start off at my house. Just a normal weekend just getting ready to headed down to the Kansas City Power And Light for a fun start to a so so warm weekend. So my bro Shawn "Greed-E" picked me up and we start in on the drinking.

Now we find ourselves have a good ol' time just drinking at Angels Rock Bar getting served the best drinks by the best bartender in KC (Chadwick... Tip him good you punks!). Ill get to the point here. We get tired of KCP&L so we headed back to the car to go get some food. I don't think Shawn remembers to much but the guys is talking shit to randoms. Got to love the guy. Finally we get to the car and hes way to drunk to drive so I drove. After some good ass Taco Bell we decide to call it a night. This is were it gets good.

291 almost to Liberty, all I see is police lights. Im thinking great I got a blacked out friend in the car and Im speeding this cant be good. So cop takes i.d.'s, blah blah blah. Next words are Mr. Williams step out of the car please. =). He arrested me for a speeding ticket out of Blue Springs for going 6mph over 4 years ago. So Im sitting in some jail in Clay County from 2am or some till about 11am on Saturday for Blue Springs PD to pick me up. They told me they wouldn't give me a phone call because I was in holding for the Blue Springs PD. So Im fucking getting pissed acting like one of those crazy people you see on TV in jail that you tell yourself you will never be lol! Finally BSPD picks me up just to tell me the reason they took so long is because Clay County PD forgot to relay the message that I was in lock up in Clay County or some shit. So I get to BSPD for them to tell me I can bail out for $300 or pay $175. DUHHHH!!! Ill pay the $175 lol! Out of BSPD around 3pm and well thats my F'ed up weekend!

Yes this is me in lock up in BSPD look like the jail house blues!
